Pan-tilt camera with 60x zoom
The SNK 60x pan-tilt camera delivers exceptional inspection precision with its powerful 60x zoom, allowing you to capture sharp, conclusive images even at long distances. Easily identify the smallest cracks, weld irregularities, and critical defects with outstanding clarity and high resolution. The latest generation also features an advanced macro function, enabling ultra-detailed inspection from just a few millimetres away—ensuring no detail goes unnoticed, whether near or far.
Portable tank camera system
Designed for critical environments such as the chemical industry, the SNK 60x tank camera offers complete freedom from fixed power sources. Thanks to its advanced battery operation, the system runs for up to 5 hours without any external power supply—eliminating the need for extension cables. Use as many batteries as your inspection requires. The widely available 36V Bosch batteries ensure easy replacement worldwide, while the new accessory case conveniently stores two batteries and an external charger for uninterrupted inspection work.
Run & Scan automation
The SNK 60x “Run & Scan” function enables fully automated, repeatable inspections by storing camera positions and recalling them with a single command. This allows systematic scanning of tank and vessel walls with consistent accuracy. Two independently adjustable headlights ensure optimal illumination, enhancing defect visibility and simplifying detection. Combined with smooth pan-tilt movement, the SNK 60x delivers complete 360° visual coverage for reliable, high-quality tank and vessel inspections.
Operation & Documentation
Operate the SNK 60x tank camera effortlessly with the specially designed MATRIX E3 documentation unit. Its remote control capability allows inspections of tanks and containers up to 150 m away—no need for personnel to enter confined or hazardous areas. Advanced digital image processing keeps the view upright, even when the SNK 60x is used upside-down. The integrated X/Y position indicator provides precise orientation and traceable documentation, making every inspection efficient, safe, and fully verifiable.
Tank camera with extensive accessories
As it is usual for viZaar products, our PTZ tank camera also has a wide range of accessories. These include carbon fibre rods, pushing trollies, a manhole tripod and a camera lift. Furthermore, you can always buy replacement camera heads for the SNK 60x.
