HIPP Rigid Endoscope HO/HB Series

Maximum reach. Ultimate precision. Made for extreme inspections.

The HIPP HO/HB rigid endoscope series is designed for deep, complex visual inspections where precision and durability are essential. With an exceptional probe length of up to 1140 mm and interchangeable viewing directions (0°, 30°, 70°, 90°), this series delivers outstanding flexibility and optical performance—even in the most demanding environments.

Superior optical quality & durability

High-resolution optics combined with sapphire glass ensure razor-sharp images at both near and far focus ranges. Manufactured from premium stainless steel, the HO/HB series is built to withstand extreme mechanical and environmental stress while maintaining consistent image quality.

Rotatable shaft & modular design

The 350° rotatable shaft, available with or without a handle, provides optimal viewing from virtually any angle. Thanks to its modular system, the HO/HB series integrates seamlessly with a wide range of industrial inspection systems and can be precisely configured to match specific inspection requirements.

Proven German engineering

Manufactured entirely in Germany, these endoscopes meet the highest quality standards. With IP65/IP67 protection, optional UV versions, and diameters ranging from 4 to 10 mm, the HO/HB series is the ideal choice for reliable, long-term industrial inspection.

HIPP Rigid Endoscope FM Series

Compact precision for the toughest industrial conditions.

The HIPP FM rigid endoscope series represents uncompromising “Made in Germany” quality. Developed for continuous industrial use, it combines compact dimensions with exceptional optical performance—perfect for precision inspections in confined or hard-to-reach areas.

Excellent image quality & fine detail inspection

Focusable optics deliver excellent image clarity for both close-up and long-distance viewing. With diameters starting from 1.6 mm and usable lengths of up to 656 mm, the FM series is ideal for inspecting small components such as valves, bearings, boreholes, and fine mechanical structures.

Built for extreme environments

Constructed from stainless steel and equipped with sapphire glass, the FM series is designed for durability. With IP67 protection and an operating temperature range from -10 °C to +100 °C, these endoscopes provide reliable performance even under harsh industrial conditions.

Versatile integration & application range

Compatible with both stationary and mobile light sources, the FM series integrates easily into existing inspection setups and automated testing systems. Applications include cylinder and gear inspections, crack detection, and cast-part evaluation. A UV version is also available to further expand inspection possibilities.

HIPP Turboscope

Speed, flexibility, and innovation—redefined.

The HIPP Turboscope is a next-generation rigid endoscope engineered to outperform conventional systems. Featuring a 306° rotatable shaft and an innovative quick-locking system, it delivers unmatched flexibility, speed, and ease of use in demanding inspection scenarios.

Outstanding maneuverability

Unlike many rigid endoscopes with limited or fixed viewing positions, the Turboscope’s extensive rotatability allows precise positioning and effortless navigation in complex inspection environments—improving accuracy and reducing inspection time.

Revolutionary quick-locking system

The advanced quick-lock mechanism enables fast, secure endoscope changes without complicated assembly. This significantly minimizes downtime and enhances efficiency during frequent inspections.

Maximum compatibility & standard connections

Equipped with a DIN eyepiece connection, the Turboscope is compatible with a wide range of illumination systems and industry-standard equipment—eliminating the need for costly adapters and ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
